Iexplore  caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL

提醒：

這是當年 IE 5 搭配 RealPlayer 的問題，今日應該不存在。

　

問題：

以 IE 5.0 點選網頁上的  RealPlayer 影片，欲播放 RealPlayer 的影像時，IE 會出現以下其中之一訊息，並且造成電腦沒有任何反應。

• Iexplore  caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at xxxx:xxxx

• Iexplore  造成 KERNEL32.DLL 錯誤，Iexplore 現在會關閉。若還發生問題，請重新啟動電腦。

• Iexplore  造成 <不詳> 發生錯誤，Iexplore 現在會關閉。若還發生問題，請重新啟動電腦。

按下「關閉」後，電腦沒有任何反應，必須重新開機。

回答：

當 ie 5 瀏覽器沒有安裝 RealPlayer Plugin 而直接播放網頁上 RealPlayer Video 的時候，就會發生這個問題，由這不合理的現象看來，應該是 ie 5 本身的問題，在 ie 4 上並不會產生這種情形。

解決方法：

只好採取迴避的方法，未安裝 RealPlayer 之前，儘量避免點選網頁上的 RealPlayer Video。

先確認你的電腦上是否已經裝有 RealPlayer 播放軟體，安裝好 ReapPlayer 播放軟體之後，再去點選網頁上的 RealPlayer Video。
